We're Back
Its another gorgeous morning... I never know who the hell is trying to call me this early and then I'm like yeah its my alarm clock, its thursday. Going for another country drive and a day at the hospital. This week the goal is consciousness. Apparently it is not good to lose that in the middle of caring for a patient. hmmm smalll lessons we learn. haha
