Surfing in the USA

The title reflects a great love for the song 'surfing in the USA". In which my brothers and I would pretend to surf on our trampoline with a sprinker underneath and soap lathered on top. This has nothing to do with my post other than the USA bit. Its time for this girl to hit the open road with roomie Jess. We are going to cross provincial and state lines in a moderatley low risk adventure to Seattle and the Oregon coast. Our mission is relaxation. As a person who loves downtown hotels in massive cities camping is a bit of a stretch but I believe I can rise to the occasion. Swimming, sleeping, hiking, and cooking. Thats it all while I read. I'll make sure to post some photos when we return! If Lethbridge turns into some sort of social hotspot when I am gone please get some proof via photo or video link because I will not believe you otherwise. For those living in greener pastures have a great rest of the summer!

Higher Heights

Well I am a little nervous for this weekend to say the least. My brother Sheldon, dad, and myself and hopefully my mom are going to climb mt. temple by lake louise. I guess people die every year so this may be an honorarium to myself. Good luck, have fun, and don't worry about falling off a cliff.
I'll keep you updated so you don't get worried :)
p.s. the pig bite has healed quite nicely and I haven't started uncontrollable oinking since so a full recovery is still expected
