Time Out

This week I took a time out from any social scheduling besides ones that already were planned. Instead I have just been enjoying the evenings with my family and going to bed incredibly early because I have been sleeping so well. Yesterday was the longest day of the year and I thought I better enjoy this because the days are only going to get shorter. WEll at about 9:15pm i took a bath and by 10:00 I think I was pretty much sleeping. Don't worry however I am planning to get back into the social scene starting tomorrow bright and early. Some of my dear friends which I have had the honor to youth sponsor years past are have a breakfast bonanza. We usually go out but tomorrow at 7am they are coming over for... mango smoothies and french toast. Does it get better folks? Some of Lethbridge's finest young women and a homemade breakfast. Should be fun times. I'll keep ya posted.

Ramifications about clarifications

Well if only I knew that roasting chickens would take a turn for the more interesting.... I hope Jess was able to help you out Jan. My texts are being used by a nursing friend of mine. As for the title of the last post there is no story unless you want to ask me in person... yes i have a secret hahaha not really
Its the weekend again and the sun has come out. As friends of mine would put it Woo! I plan to watch a lot of the Office BBC version of course and follow some world cup soccer and Stanley cup. So good thing the sun came up becuase apparently me and my t.v. are going to spend some quality time together.

19 is not the right number

So I have a chicken in the freezer and Jess and I are going to cook it up tomorrow. I fear this greatly becuase I believe roasting a chicken symbolizes more than our first balanced meal with real meat. No this means we cook and are somewhat domestic. I am slowly coming to terms with my domestic side. See I could care less about making my house look nice. I do however value cleanliness. So throughout my time with Jess I slowly have been dipping my toes in the world of decorating, cleaning, and other frilly things. I don't know if I should thank Jess or not yet but its been fun so far. It helped that our art project included a industrial staple gun!
